Ongoing project: line and upcycle a vintage suitcase

Project completed here.

This is the next project I have to do: line and repurpose this wonderful family vintage suitcase! I am very excited about this as this beautiful piece has been in our family since ever.
The shape is perfect outside and not so bad inside, just need some fresh air and slight makeover; this is why I have decided to line it and turn it into a great craft supplies storage!

Most of my craft stuff is all over in my craft room. Large fabric pieces are all stored in the old trunk but many little items don't have a specific storage area and this must end NOW! While redecorating my guest bedroom I stuck onto the "Less is more" device and took away a lot of unnecessary items from my craft room and have to keep on getting organized.

During our last trip to Colorado we could stop at Michael's!! I spent time in the shop and bought more craft supplies and really need to store them in a proper place. Will keep you posted...

I love that store. I bought back so much stuff from there too. Paint and chalk paint and brushes... I can go on all day. My favorite store!!
