You can read in my blog I often use milk and chalk paint for many of my projects. As for the pantry kitchen table for my bedroom, I have used both on the same piece. I just love milk paint! I love the texture and the antique style it provides on any piece of furniture.
This are the details of the repair and painting process.
The shape was OK except a crack on the bottom part but definitely fixable. Once repaired, I used milk paint for the top and the drawers. I had them wheeled as it was a bit difficult to move them. I used ASCP Antoinette on the main piece.
